Channeling Endurance Into Charity: Katie Spotz and Sam Williams Ride4Water trailer:
Band members Robbie Arnett, Andrew Heringer and Marlana Sheetz met while studying at the University of California-Irvine, where they created a character named Milo Greene, sending out emails in his name to promote their creative endeavors.
After graduation, Heringer and Sheetz moved to the San Francisco area for a time. Despite the distance, they began demoing songs with Arnett.
As the songs came together, Curtis Marrero, who had played with Arnett in Links, and Graham Fink (formerly of the Outline) were enticed to join and the quartet took the name Milo Greene.
