Sean Kingston to Perform for MySpace Music's "RELEASE" Concert Series in New York City on Sunday, September 20th

MySpace Music makes its way back to New York City to host a special performance by Sean Kingston on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at The Canal Room as part of "THE RELEASE," MySpace Music's urban music concert series.

This installment of "THE RELEASE" will celebrate the long-awaited September 22nd release of Sean Kingston's new album 'Tomorrow' and will also feature special guests Jasmine Solano (with DJ Iron Lyon) and DJ dB.

Tickets for the 18+ event can be obtained by sending an RSVP to [email protected]. Doors for this early show will open at 8 p.m. MySpace Music's "THE RELEASE" concert featuring Sean Kingston is being sponsored by Coca-Cola.

Sean Kingston's second album aptly titled 'Tomorrow', reflects the 19-year-old's growth as a person as well as his evolution as a singer, songwriter, and entertainer.

It is a buoyant collection of pop-fueled feel-good anthems and dance-floor clarion calls that bumps everything from electro-pop (the club-banging first single "Fire Burning") to rock ("Shoulda Let U Go" featuring Good Charlotte), to reggae (the breezy "Island Queen"), to R&B ("Wrap U Around Me").

The production is courtesy of a host of top-notch producers, including J.R. Rotem (who produced Kingston's debut), RedOne (Lady Gaga), Wyclef Jean (who also contributes vocals on "Ice Cream Girl"), Detail (Akon), Lucas Secon (Jordin Sparks), and The Smeezingtons (Flo Rida).

Through his songs, Kingston lets listeners in on what his life is like through good old-fashioned story-telling.
