Soulja Boy releases Juice Mixtape
Prepares Rage directed music videos and Juice mini-movie
Multi-platinum viral marketing wizard Soulja Boy releases Juice mixtape via hosting site livemixtapes.com on midnight on April 20, 2011.
The mixtape artwork, inspired by 2Pac's classic hip-hop film Juice, is presented by Atlanta's DJ Scream and DJ Swamp Izzo.
DJ Scream says, "Soulja Boy's new mixtape is his best to date. It still has that young vibrant energy that his music has always possessed, but in a more mature fashion."
Music video director Rage, responsible for two of Soulja's highest viewed videos online, "Crank That" and "Kiss Me Thru The Phone," will direct three music videos for songs off the mixtape and a 45-minute Juice inspired mini movie starring Soulja Boy, his S.O.D.M.G. family and special guests.
The Juice mixtape features collaborations with Roscoe Dash, Lil B, Diamond of Crime Mob and S.O.D.M.G. artist J Money.
In anticipation of the mixtape, Soulja recently released the songs "Juice" and "Zan With That Lean" through his Twitter and Facebook pages.
