Written by Fyfe and produced by Adam Noble at Urchin Studios, London, and with additional production and mixing by Bernard Butler the track strikes the perfect chord for the stunning album. The song perfectly encapsulates the spontaneous, immediate and euphoric mood in which the album was created.

Of the album Fyfe says, '...the songs had mainly been written in the previous twelve months in snatched moments after soundchecks or before nights out or after moments of unmitigated lovestruck bliss or in the dead of night with blinking mind et cet era."
