Elza Mueller-Roemer's name may not be instantly recognizable but her music is and continues to resonate with television and movie audiences alike.
Songs from Elza's third CD 'Gettin' Free' will be heard throughout ABC's 8-week mini-series Boston Med, which premiered June 24th and airs Thursday nights at 10 p.m.

Last year, Elza wrote the promo theme and 13 songs for ABC's Hopkins, the same producer of Boston Med. Elza's songs have also appeared on CW's Smallville and in the independent film Single.
To promote her songs, Elza will be performing at the Towne Crier Cafe, 130 Route 22 Pawling, NY, Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 7:30 p.m., followed by ELZA PRESENTS, a showcase of some of the most talented young artists Elza has mentored. Many of her students have received scholarships to study voice and music at the country's most prestigious music schools. Recently, Elza headlined the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center in New York City. Before Elza's headlining debut, she has appeared at legendary clubs as the Bluebird Café -Nashville, The Sweetwater - San Francisco, Winterfolk Festival - Toronto, The Clearwater Revival - New York, The Towne Crier - New York, and The Living Room - NYC.
Elza has shared the stage with Grammy Award Winner Charlie Colin of Train, Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead, Martin Sexton, Catie Curtis, Richie Havens, Andrea Bocelli, and Andi Vargas of Santana.
Touring with some of the greatest legends in the music industry and connecting with audiences, one show at a time has been instrumental in shaping Elza as an artist.
"Being on the road helped me find myself artistically and define what I wanted to create on my next full length album," Elza explained. "I teamed up with veteran producer Jeff Eyrich at Bennett Studios and the results were magical. I feel that my CD 'Gettin' Free' really captures the struggles and the joys of finding my own artistic truth."
Elza hopes to get back into the studio soon to start recording songs for her next CD.
