Hear Music has announced that legendary singer/songwriter Joni Mitchell will be the next artist signed to the newly formed label. Last night I watched a great Joni Mitchell performance from 1970 on BBC Four’s California Dreamin’ series. Songs played included “Chelsea Morning”, “Cactus Tree”, “My Old Man”, “For Free”, “California”, “Big Yellow Taxi” and “Both Sides Now”.
