Singer and actor Sergey Lazarev is one of the biggest artists since Tatu to emerge from Russia. He started his career in a band called Neposedi which also contained Julia and Lena who went on to form Tatu.
In 2000 Sergey entered Moscow's famous MKHAT theatre school where he created a boy-duet "Smash!!" with childhood friend Vlad Topalov.
