the bird and the bee, the irrepressible L.A. duo made up of singer Inara George and keyboardist/producer Greg Kurstin, have announced that they will hit the road for a short run of U.S. tour dates on the heels of the January 27, 2009 release of ‘Ray Guns Are Not Just The Future’, their second full-length album, which finds them charting new sonic terrain as they take their stylish ’60s pop and Brazilian influence deeper into the psychedelic period of rock and the Tropicalia era.
