Zolo logs into the charts with Computer Freak
Ex Doughla City rapper drops superb debut single
Label: Ontime Music Group
Having already turned heads in the US, Zolo is about to storm his way into the UK charts with already massive internet hit "Computer Freak"!
No stranger to the limelight, the London born rapper found fame in the US as Dollar Bill from acclaimed group, Doughla City.
Having supported multiple platinum selling artists such as Julez Santana, Rick Ross and Guerilla Zoe on tour, the trio built a name for themselves. They even had two hit singles themselves, "Rockstar" and "Mechanic", as their appeal began to spread through Canada and America. However, just as they were hitting their peak, the band split to pursue separate dreams.
Shortly afterwards Zolo had to come to terms with the loss of his father. Having gone through his parents' separation whilst growing up Zolo knew how to strive in adversity and during this hard time found the focus to develop his music. He found a way to express his feelings through music and suddenly Zolo the artist was realised. Meaning unrestrained behaviour, chaos and without companion, Zolo was the fitting name to go forward and having met and formed a relationship with Kurt Gentles from Ontime Music Group, success seems inevitable.
Launching his UK career will be his debut single "Computer Freak." The talented twenty-year old fuses R&B, Hip Hop and Dance flavours to bring this digital age rap to life for the radio and UK dancefloors alike!
