"Wow!" "Why won't my foot stop bouncing?" and "These guys are great!", are some of the thoughts you can expect to run through your head whilst listening to the new Audio.Video.Disco. single "Seeing Is Believing".
This is the first track released by the exciting West Londoners across multiple platforms, and is the launch-pad for their efforts throughout 2010 and beyond.
"We have a real DIY ethic which runs through everything we do as a band, including this release!" points out lead guitarist, Matt O'Daly; "this is an up-beat tune with loads of hooks and catchy lyrics, so it's a great introduction to us as a band!".
With their wide range appeal, blistering live shows and more fantastic tunes in the pipeline, expect to hear a lot more about AVD in 2010.
Audio.Video.Disco is a West London based four piece formed in late 2007. After succesful shows with bands as varied as Alphabeat and The Chapman Family, the boys are stepping up their game and planning bigger shows and more releases throughout 2010.
Infectious guitars, catchy beats and basslines to get you moving are all rammed home with lyrics that paint the pictures of youth, painful love and finding the world in UK 2010.
AVD are: Rich Berkshire (Lead vox & rhythem guitar), Matt O'Daly (Lead guitar & backing vox), Adam Linton (Bass guitar & backing vox) and Tom Smith (Drums).
"We feel ready," says Rich, "it's been a hard graft but things are really starting to come together for us; there's a real sense of momentum".
