Sandra Bernhard is taking the show on the road, literally, to the UK. First stop: Shaw Theatre which is booking seats from Thursday, 25th October 2007 to Saturday, 27th October 2007 on the heals of her successful CD release of 'Everything Bad & Beautiful' through indie label upstart Breaking Records.
The CD is a live recording of her critically acclaimed Off-Broadway show and is a mixture of Rock and Spoken. Featuring covers of Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone" and Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful", Sandra's witty satire is current and on the mark.
"In her own voice, unfiltered, Bernhard is a living, breathing bonfire." - New York Times
"One moment, (Bernhard's) voice is lulling you into a wistful sigh; the next, she's knocking you back several rows with it." - San Francisco Weekly
Sandra Bernhard's 'Everything Bad and Beautiful' is available on CD Nationwide with exclusive video footage along with her dance single "Perfection" available now through Breaking Records.
