Brooklyn indie popsters Au Revoir Simone are gearing up for the November 11th, 2008 release of ‘Reverse Migration’, a collection of their favorite remixes and re-envisionings of 2007’s breakthrough full-length ‘The Bird of Music’, by offering up a handful of tracks from the album in advance of its release.

Last month, Ruff and Jam’s take on “Lark” was premiered by Stereogum. This week, the Pacific remix of “Sad Song” is available on Band Weblogs. Other artists on ‘Reverse Migration’ include The Teenagers, Darkel of AIR, Montag, Best Fwends, and Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor. What’s more, Amazon.com digital shoppers will get an additional remix of “Sad Song” by Air France, while iTunes users can look forward to a ReRunner reworking of “The Way to There” as a bonus track.
