Jamie George

With great pleasure I give to you a brand new single from a brand new artist, who's tipped to be one of the hottest new talents of 2009 - Jamie George. Think Jamie T meets the Streets, crossed with Adam Ant. Intrigued? Read on...

Jamie is no stranger to the world of music, previously signed to Parlophone, EMI with the group 3rd Edge (2 top twenty hits, "In & Out" and "Know U Wanna").

In 2004 he decided to do more production and solo work and has since worked with many artists and writers including the likes of Jamelia, 2Play, Jameson, Stargate & Taio Cruz. However it's time for Jamie to take the limelight as a solo artist with this single taken from his forthcoming album 'Scared of A Day Job'.

"Wonderful Day" is an outstanding vocal led track with Jamie spitting his Lyrics to hooky as hell backing track. Roska & SouLTonic Sound System (huge in the rapidly growing UK Funky scene) have been let loose on remix duty, as well as Phonetix who have all delivered their own great versions; all 3 remixes already gaining support from Radio 1xtra and Shaun "Banger" Scott.

"Wonderful Day" is set for UK release 9th February 2009.
