Marc Carroll - Dust of Rumour

Acclaimed Dublin born and LA based singer and multi instrumentalist Marc Carroll releases a new single, “Always”, on High Noon Recordings, Monday 13th July, 2009.

“Always”, with its haunting melody and heartbreaking lyrics is the lead single from Marc’s new album ‘Dust of Rumour’, released 6th July. Its uplifting refrains and beautiful repetition are reminiscent of pioneering Krautrock band Neu and Marc plays all the instruments on the track.

The new album, ‘Dust of Rumour’ is set to continue the critical acclaim that flowed following the release of Marc’s previous two albums, ‘Ten Of Swords’ (2003) and ‘World On A Wire’ (2005) and songs such as the exquisite “Against My Will” and the sun-drenched “You Just Might Be What I’ve Been Waiting For” show Marc’s timeless west-coast influenced songwriting.
